2024 - 2025 Volunteer Registration

I understand that there may be certification requirements that are needed for any volunteer position as per the OMHA regulations. The WSMHA will reimburse me for the minimum certifications required for my rostered position. 

I certify that I will obtain all required certifications for my rostered position, including a Police Vulnerable Sector Check, no later than November 30, 2024. Failure to fulfill certification requirements may lead to my removal as a volunteer. 

Should I choose to be an on-ice or off-ice (manager, convenor) volunteer and not a rostered staff member (coach, assistant coach or trainer), I will obtain all required certifications for this position, including a Police Vulnerable Sector Check, no later than November 30 2024. Failure to fulfill the certification requirements my lead to my removal as a volunteer. As a on-ice volunteer (not a coach, assistant coach or trainer), I understand that I can participate for instructional purposes only and that I can not participate or be present on the team bench during any league games.
