To ensure the safety and skill development of all players, our Checking Clinics are progression-based and require attendance at both scheduled ice times. These clinics are mandatory for all players who wish to try out for a body-checking team this spring that have not previously completed a checking clinic.
Requirements:

<li>Attendance:&nbsp;Players must attend both ice times to complete the clinic.</li>
<li>Eligibility:&nbsp;All participants must be currently registered in an OHF/OMHA program.</li>
