Norfolk Minor Hockey (Checking Clinic)

To ensure the safety and skill development of all players, our Checking Clinics are progression-based and require attendance at both scheduled ice times. These clinics are mandatory for all players who wish to try out for a body-checking team this spring that have not previously completed a checking clinic.

Requirements:

• Attendance: Players must attend both ice times to complete the clinic.
• Eligibility: All participants must be currently registered in an OHF/OMHA program.

This policy is designed to prepare players for the physical aspects of body-checking in a controlled and educational environment. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to player safety and development.
