2024_2025 Royals Registration

Registration & Payment Due date is July 31st. Registration and Payment made after this date a $150.00 Late Fee will apply. Registration is a first come basis and space is limited in all divisions please register EARLY to avoid disappointment

NEW PLAYERS and NEW RESIDENTS - there is no deadline for new players, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Proof of Address and DOB will be required for new players and Respect in Sport Parent Course for ALL NEW to hockey families.

Players planning to tryout with Kings, Cyclones or other AA/AAA hockey MUST register with thier home association (KDMHA) prior to participating. Please indicate on the registration form and DO NOT make payment unless you know your player will be playing with KDMHA. If placed on another competitive team with another Association, please contact KDMHA Registrar as soon as it is known.

Lottery 2024-2025 Each Family will receive 8 lottery tickets per player @ $10 each ($80), family maximum of 2 players (16 tickets @ $160). KDMHA encourages families to sell their tickets to recover the cost or put your own name for a chance to win. Tickets will be provided to teams via Team Manager and to be returned back to team to be remitted no later than November 15th to be included in the draw. Draw will take place every day from December 1st to December 18th 2024. (Lottery License #M848680)

Refund Policy: An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged for all refund requests. This administration fee includes costs incurred by KDMHA in preparation for the upcoming season and is a recoupment of costs paid out by KDMHA before the season even starts. The administration fee is non-negotiable and will not be waived for any circumstance.

For those players wishing to cancel their registration the following will be applied and are all less the administration fee:

• 90% refund up to September 30
• 75% refund October 1 to October 31
• 50% refund November 1 to November 30
• 50% refund with a Doctor note of a serious injury or illness
• December 1 to December 31
• No refund for any reason after December 31
