SLMHA Registration 2024-25

Thank you for registering with SLMHA. Please read all information thoroughly! Please note this information will also be emailed to you with your invoice once you have completed the registration process. 

NEW for this season- all Medical Forms can be done online via this link. Please complete one per child registered, before first ice time. 

- If paying in full, all payments must be made at time of registration. If paying by installment, 60% must be paid at time of registration, with the remaining 40% paid on or before August 25. a late fee of $50 will be applied to those paying on or after Sept. 1.

- all players will register in House League (regardless of intentions to attend AA tryouts) for their actual division based on year of Birth. AA tryouts will take place in September and if added to the team, the player will need to pay additional AA fees. An additional fee will also be collected for all players attending the AA tryouts by the AA Conveynor. More information about AA programs will come as the season begins. 

- Registration opens July 1 and closes Oct 15. There will be no refunds after November 15, 2024. Refunds are subject to Hockey Canada fees, ice fees, and other admin fees. 

- No player will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received and the mandatory one-time Respect in Sport online course is linked to their profile. (cost to parent: Approx $14).

- There is a volunteer requirement for each player. Failure to complete the volunteer hours will result in an additional $150 fee per player

- Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season. Failure to return the jersey will result in a $150 charge.

- If you volunteer this season as bench staff, convenor, or executive, you will receive a partial reimbursement at the END of this season. 

- New Players: We are obligated to confirm age and residency of all players. If you create a new player profile, we will be contacting you for documentation. (Birth certificate, proof of current address).

- NEW this year- goalie rebates are no longer offered. Goalie equipment and Goalie development sessions will be provided based on availability. 

- If you are interested in volunteering as a coach, trainer, or on-ice helper (u7 only), please register as "Coach/ Trainer" and ensure you have the correct qualifications and Vulnerable Sector Check before first ice time. See HNO website for more details.
