AA/A GTHL DIVISIONS - 2024-2025 PLAYER REFUND POLICY
When players withdraw from an LHA AA or A GTHL team in accordance with the rules/policies set out by the GTHL and available at https://gthlcanada.com/policies-and-forms and https://gthlcanada.com/rulebook, the LHA Team will provide a partial refund of fees based on the percentage of team budget not yet spent or expenses not yet incurred. If the player has failed to pay their fees in total, no refund will be made.

AA/A GTHL DIVISIONS - 2024-2025 OHF'S SCREENING POLICY
Effective April 1, 2024, the following individuals who are associated with the OHF, Members, hockey leagues, hockey Clubs and/or Associations must adhere to the OHF Screening Policy and submit to the Ontario Hockey Federation:
• Team Officials (including but not limited to head coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, managers and at large team officials);
• On-ice officials; and
• Anyone else who, through their duties on behalf of the OHF, a Member, a hockey Club or Association, may work with children (included but not limited to on-ice volunteer, skills coaches, third party skills coaches and dressing room supervisors). 
(And by design, must be registered with Hockey Canada via HCR in order to complete the process.)

You may find the information for the OHF SCREENING PROCESS at https://www.ohf.on.ca/risk-management/ohf-vulnerable-sector-checks, on the LHA's Coach/Manager Portal/Website, and emailed to you and all Team Officials by the LHA during onboarding. Any Team Official who does not complete the OHF Screening Process will NOT be rostered for the 2024-2025 season and/or will be removed from the team's roster by the GTHL for non-compliance.
