Jerseys

Jerseys will be handed out to each player at the beginning of the season. Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season. Any jerseys not returned by the end of season banquet will NOT recieve their refund for the jersey fee of $75.00.

Refund Policy

1. No refund after 30 days from the first day of hockey. Refunds will consist of registration fee minus the player insurance fee.

2. Refunds requested due to illness, or accident shall be issued provided a doctor's certifiacte is submitted to the HMHA Board.

3. Refunds for any other cause shall be decided by the HMHA Board on an individual basis and upon receipt of a written request.

Payments

Payments can be made by:

1. Cheque payable to Hornepayne Minor Hockey Association

2. E-transfer to [email protected]

3. Pay online by credit card* By paying online there is a transaction fee by the provider that will be charged to you 

Late Payments

In case of late payments, your child will not be able to attend practices until paid in full. Any personal cheques made payable to HMHA that are returned by a bank for any reason whatsoever will be subject to a $25 service charge.

Any discounts for early registration will be nulled should any payments be missed.
