Terms and Conditions

Season Fee Policy:

All player fees must be paid in full by January 1st, 2025.  

There will be a processing charge of $25.00 for all NSF cheques.

 

Refund Policy:

Guardians must contact our Registrar to request a refund or un-registration from the House League or Skills and Development Program.  All requests for refunds or un-registrations, will be handeled on a case by case basis and will be at the descretion of the Parkdale Flames Executive Board.

Hockey Canada dictates that each player is only allowed 2 un-registrations per season.

All refunds are subject to a minimum Administration Fee of $100.00.  There will be no refunds issued after November 15th, 2024. 

The last day for release from the club is November 15th, 2024.

There are no refunds for the Select Program.

Please Note:  Uniforms and equipment must be returned BEFORE refunds are considered.  Fundraising money will not be refunded.
