Season Fee Policy:
All player fees must be paid in full by January 1st, 2025. &nbsp;
There will be a processing charge of $25.00 for all NSF cheques.
&nbsp;
Refund Policy:
Guardians must contact our Registrar to request a refund or un-registration from the House League or Skills and Development Program. &nbsp;All requests for refunds or un-registrations, will be handeled on a case by case basis and will be at the descretion of the Parkdale Flames Executive Board.
Hockey Canada dictates that each player is only allowed 2 un-registrations per season.
All refunds are subject to a minimum Administration Fee of $100.00. &nbsp;There will be no refunds issued after November 15th, 2024.&nbsp;
The last day for release from the club is November 15th, 2024.
There are no refunds for the Select Program.
Please Note: &nbsp;Uniforms and equipment must be returned BEFORE refunds are considered. &nbsp;Fundraising money will not be refunded.
