FAUSTINA HOCKEY HOUSE LEAGUE - 2024/2025 REGISTRATION

Refund Policy

House League Fees for all divisions in the 2024-2025 season will be $625 per player and is collected at registration.

For families registering 2 or more players, there is a $25 reduction for each player after the 1st player, ie. 2nd player, 3rd player, 4th player will be reduced by $25.

Withdrawals/Refunds from House League must be requested via email to both the [email protected] and [email protected]

(1).  For withdrawals before season starts, there is a $100 Cancellation Fee.

(2).  For withdrawals after season starts, there is a $100 Cancellation Fee plus $25 is deducted for each game played of the schedule up to and including game number 10, with or without the player’s participation in those games.

(3).  Note: If HL game jersey and socks have been distributed to a player, No refunds will be provided until the HL game jersey and socks are returned to Faustina.

For example, registration cancellation and withdrawal after 5 weeks of the season, (5 games x $25 per game =$125 plus $100 cancellation fee) $225 is withheld and the remainder of HL Fee is refunded to the credit card used for registration.

No refunds are provided after game 10 of the schedule.
