Fall, winter and spring recreation and competitive fall activities:

All refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected].

In the event that the Club does not have enough registrations to start a group and no matching opportunities are available, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Any player who cancels their registration seven days before the start of the activity will be refunded in full. Soccer Québec’s annual cancellation fee is non-refundable.

Any player who cancels their registration between the 7th day before the activity and within the first 7 days of the activity will be refunded only 50% of the registration amount. Soccer Québec’s annual membership fee is non-refundable.

There will be no refund for any player who withdraws from the 8th day after the start of an activity - NO EXCEPTION

 

 

Reimbursement (injury):

Any refund request should be sent by email to [email protected].

Any refund request must contain a valid doctor’s note indicating that the player is unable to participate in the program, including the dates for which the player cannot participate in a sport.

 

 

Reimbursement in exceptional cases:

All refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected].

Cancellation fees will be deducted in all cases. Please note that cancellation fees may vary depending on the complexity of the situation.

Each refund will be treated as case by case.

It is at the discretion of the FC3Lacs soccer club, to judge whether the refund is an exceptional case.

The FC3Lacs soccer club could request written evidence to ensure the reality of the situation.

In the event of an exceptional situation, this will be considered by the Branch.
