Refund Policy. Please note that all refunds will be made by check or transfer. Please note that there is a delay of one to two weeks for reimbursement. Also, a credit can be issued in place of the refund for subsequent registration in another program. ● No full or partial refund will be accepted from July 15 of the current season, as the club is unable to replace the athlete. This is a rule of the Quebec Soccer Federation. ● The club will not take back any uniform, even if it still has the original label or packaging. ● Uniform = $40 ● Deducted fees for past weeks are not refundable under any circumstances, even if the child could not be present. ● The date of receipt of the form by the FC des Vallées will determine the fees that will be deducted from the registration fees paid and the weeks elapsed. ● Full refund, if the club cancels a team.
