WINTER PROGRAMME (20 October to 1 April)

Roussillon Soccer Club thanks you for your trust and invites you to take note of the following terms and conditions, which govern your registration.

REGISTRATIONS :

Roussillon Soccer Club reserves the right to cancel an activity, suspend a player's pass, or refuse registrations if:

• Available spots are already filled. Once teams are complete, it will not be possible to add players who present themselves late, even if said player has been registered for several years or if a family member is already registered.

• Lack of registrations - There were not enough registrations to form a team in a specific category.

• Debts - A player has not settled their debt to the club.

• Total registration fees - A player has not paid the full amount of the registration fees. Displayed prices are valid only during the specified registration period.

To secure a spot on a team, please register before April 10 for Summer 2024 for all categories and before March 30, 2024, for elite LDP and AAA categories.

REFUND POLICY 2024 - Club de Soccer Roussillon (CSR)

Our refund policy is established in accordance with the guidelines of the Quebec Consumer Protection Office.

Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in all our procedures.

Any refund request submitted to CSR following the cancellation of a registration contract must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines and will be processed according to the following statements:

1. DEADLINE to submit any refund request:

a. Summer season: JULY 15 of the same year of registration.

b. Winter season: DECEMBER 15 of the same year of registration.

2. Cancellation of registration BEFORE the start of activities AND the handover of equipment. A refund will be granted from which a $30 administration fee will be deducted.

3. Cancellation of registration AFTER the start of activities AND before the deadline (July 15 – Summer season and December 15 – Winter season).

The amount to be refunded will be calculated based on the following criteria and as of the date of receipt of the cancellation request:

1. The cost of matches or other activities (related to the registration) that have already taken place will be calculated* and deducted from the refund amount, whether the member participated or not.

2. A penalty will be applied corresponding to the lesser of the following amounts: a. Fixed fee of $50 or b. 10% of the price of matches that have not yet taken place.

3. A fixed fee of $30 will be retained for administrative costs of any refund request.

4. Costs related to the EQUIPMENT HANDED OVER will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable. (Please refer to the Non-refundable Fees section for additional details)

5. Spordle platform fees.

6. The following affiliation fees are not refundable (total of $40):

a. CSR ($2.48),

b. Regional Soccer Association South Shore ($21.45),

c. Soccer Québec ($7.07),

d. Soccer Canada ($9.00).

DETAILS OF NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Affiliation fees to different institutions ($40).

• Uniform fees if the uniform has been handed over.

• Spordle platform fees.

 ** The amount retained will vary depending on situation 1 or 2.

SUSPENSION OF ACTIVITIES IN CASE OF EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If CSR's activities are suspended in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., pandemic), no refund will be issued until the current season is concluded. The decision will come back to the board of directors during the meetings (in November for the summer season and in May for the winter season) to evaluate the situation according to the following scenarios:

• If Club activities are interrupted for a period corresponding to 20% or less than * of the total duration of the season, participants will receive no refund;

• If Club activities are interrupted for a period corresponding to MORE than 20%* of the total duration of the season, a pro-rata refund will be issued to participants who have paid the full registration fees.

The Club reserves the right to issue a credit of the value of the refund applicable to the following season to members, if applicable.

*Note: The percentage (%) of the season that has taken place is calculated based on the planned calendar of the current season only.

PROCEDURES FOR REFUND REQUEST:

To cancel a registration contract, fill out the refund form (available on our website: www.soccercsr.com

under the CS Roussillon tab, in the Our Policies section) and send it to the email address [email protected].

*Any request sent to another email address will not be processed.

Refund requests received after the following deadlines will not be processed:

• Summer season: JULY 15 of the same year of registration.

• Winter season: DECEMBER 15 of the same year of registration.

The amount to be refunded will be calculated from the date of receipt of the form on our email address. Please allow a reasonable period (30 days) for processing your refund request.

All refunds will be made by Interac transfer via email or cellphone, depending on the choice indicated on the refund request form.

CSR reserves the right to amend these terms to comply with current legislation.
