Jersey and Cheque
Your child will be provided a jersey for this hockey season. At the end of the year the jersey will be returned back to Carberry minor hockey. If the jersey is damaged or lost the family will be held accountable.
At the start of the year you will be asked to provide your team manager one fully refundable cheque. ($ TBD) This cheque covers the volunteer requirements. (We will discuss at the start of the year) At the end of the year you will get this money back if you help out with volunteering.
