2024/2025 Terms and Conditions

1) A registration fee shall be determined at the Executive Meeting prior to registration.
2) Registration must be paid in full by September 15th, 2024 or a Late Fee of $50.00 will be applied. If payment has not been received by October 1, 2024 the player will not be allowed on the ice until payment or arrangements have been made. NSF cheques will be subject to a $40.00 fee.
Refunds of board established registration fees will be issued as follows:
i) Full refund - players who choose to remove themselves from the CMHA before the first ice time.
ii) Full refund less a $65.00 administration fee - players who removes themselves from the CMHA before regular contracted ice times begin.
iii) Refund of the full registration fee - players who remove themselves from the CMHA will be subject to the Constitution Article 22
iv) There shall be no refunds issued for players on or after November 1.
3) A child is not deemed as registered until payment arrangements have been made with the Treasurer. Alternate payment plans are accepted if they have been approved by the Treasurer and the member is in good standing with the Association.
4) A $50.00 late registration fee may be applied to registrations received after the third Sunday in September.
