2024 Regular season registration 11-18U AA & AAA

The Black Gold Competitive Program (herein referred to as BGCP) will attempt to accommodate all interested players, however Player positions for a BGCP team are not guaranteed and are dependent on placement following an evaluation process. Further details on the evaluation process are provided in the BGCP Guidelines.

It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure the following:

• Review information posted on Black Gold’s website, social media or email pertaining to registration dates, fees and payment terms associated with development camps, evaluations, and season registrations.

• Register their player on or before the assigned deadlines.

• Pay the registration fees in full by the assigned deadlines.

• Registration fees for camps and evaluations are non-refundable.

• Season Registrations

o The first installment payment for season registrations is non-refundable.

o Subsequent installment payments may be cancelled up to June 1, minus an administration fee of $100.00.

o No refunds for cancellations will be given after June 1.

o A late fee of $100.00 will be added to registrations completed after the assigned deadline.
