NUCP Clinic Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:

By registering for NUCP Clinics organized by Baseball Alberta, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Eligibility:

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each clinic. Baseball Alberta reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and deny registration if criteria are not met.

Registration and Payment:

All registrations are considered final. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the clinic. Refunds will be issued only in cases where the clinic is canceled by Baseball Alberta.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Participants may request a refund up to a specified date before the clinic. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Baseball Alberta reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee for processing refunds.

Attendance:

Participants are expected to attend the entire clinic. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in disqualification from future Baseball Alberta events.

Code of Conduct:

Participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and respect. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the clinic.

Medical and Liability Release:

Participants or their legal guardians assume all risks and hazards associated with clinic participation. It is the responsibility of participants to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Media Consent:

By participating in NUCP Clinics, participants grant Baseball Alberta the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media for promotional purposes.

Weather and Facility Changes:

Baseball Alberta reserves the right to change clinic schedules or locations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or facility availability.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta.

By registering for NUCP Clinics, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
