Cancellation before the beginning of the course If the consumer cancels the contract before the beginning of the activities, the cancellation takes place without charge or penalty for the consumer. Cancellation after the beginning of the courses If the courses have started, you will have to pay these 2 amounts: · The cost of the courses already taken; · A penalty provided by law. This penalty corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the courses that were not taken. An example: you signed up for a series of 10 soccer lessons, for which you paid $250. You want to cancel your registration after 2 lessons. You will have to pay $50 for the 2 courses taken. You will also have to pay a penalty of $20, which is 10% of the price of the remaining lessons.
