AHM La Prairie 2024-2025 Season

PAIEMENT

For your child to be able participate in any of the activities of the A.H.M. Laprairie, the payment agreement must be respected and if you opt for a defered payment, the last payment will be no later than the 15th of september 2024. The AHM La Prairie favors the use of the credit card as payment for your registration.  

Exception: The M7 and M9 categories have until September 30th to register with the A.H.M.L. If registration takes place after September 15, 2024, payment must be made in a single installment.

NFS CHECK

A 30$ fee will be charged for a check with non-sufficient funds (NSF) and will automatically cancel the registration.

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation before the beginning of the training camp, the association will retain a 25$ administration fee and the player will be reimbursed the difference. As soon as the training camp is started, the association will reimburse  a fix amount of 100$ for any cancellation request. This amount will cover the non reimbursable fees for Hockey Canada, Hockey Quebec, Hockey Richelieu as well as the insurances paid as soon as a player steps foot on the ice. No reimbursement will be possible for a cancellation request received after the moment the category of your child is known (A-B-C, 1-2-3-4), except in an unforeseeable situation (accident, illness, injury, or a move of more than 25 km), in proportion to the season played. Refund will be possible upon reception of a written proof.
