Woolwich Minor Hockey 2024-2025 season registration

Registration: 

All fees are to be paid in full by September 15, 2024. 

Payment Options: Credit card, E-transfers, Cheque (cheques to be dropped off at WMC, 24 Snyder Ave. S. in Elmira to Hockey Office - please slide under locked door). 

Note:

·       E-transfer can be sent to: etransfer@woolwichminorhockey.ca

·       Cheques can be made out to: Woolwich Minor Hockey Association 

Family discount:

A discount of $50 will be applied to the third child & each child after.

Note: Please register all your players at the same time to receive the discount. If you can not, contact the registrar to adjust your invoice.

Refund Policy: 

Before September 2, 2024 – Full refund minus of a $20 administration fee. 

On/After September 2, 2024 - Refunds will be pro-rated based on the date of withdrawal minus a $20 administration and $50 insurance fee.

On/After December 15, 2024 – No refunds
