Payment must be made in full prior to participating in on ice activity unless other arrangements have been made and approved.&nbsp; All registrations for Wingham Minor Hockey Association are subject to approval from our Executive.
Jersey Deposits of $200 is required for all players U13 to U18 and is payable by postdated cheque.
Volunteer commitment of $200 per family is required and is payable by postdated cheque.&nbsp; Opportunities to volunteer during the season will be communicated during the season.
Note to Parents of First Time Players:
The following must be completed before a first time player may register and is permitted on the ice (no exceptions):
1. The online Respect in Sport parent program must be completed by one parent. This is an online program that takes approximately one hour to complete at a cost of $12.00. If you have already completed the program for another player, your certificate number must be linked to the new players profile. By adding a child to the Respect in Sport parent account, this will also create an HCR profile for your child that you may use to register your child for hockey. 2. A copy of the players proof of birth must be uploaded in the HCR or emailed to the registrar (birth certificate).
3. A copy of the players proof of address must be uploaded in the HCR or emailed to the registrar (drivers license or utility bill showing the address).
