WMHA General Terms and Conditions
General Refunds will ONLY be issued from September 1st, 2024 to October 6th, 2024. Medical refunds will be issued until December 1st, 2024 with WMHA Board approval and required documentation. All refunds will be pro-rated. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing I agree to the terms and conditions stated above
