Payment Policy

All registration fees must be paid in full in advance of the season.  Players will not be permitted on the ice until all fees are paid in full.  

Refund Policy

A request for refund of registration for a person who ceases to play hockey within the WLMHA prior to the end of the playing season must be submitted in writing to the Registrar of the WLMH Board of Directors.

The WLMHA has approved the following refund structure:

  • Prior to September 1st 100% refund less the administration fee ($50).
  • Prior to October 1st is 75% less the administration fee ($50).
  • Prior to November 1st is 50% less the administration fee ($50).

There will be no refunds issued after November 1st.

A paid registration fee shall be fully refunded in the event that WLMHA is unable to provide a team. No administration fee will be applied in this scenario.

Refund requests need to be submitted in writing and will be issued by cheque or electronic money transfer after approval by the Board at the next regular board meeting.
