Thank you for registering with Wallaceburg Minor Hockey!

As we transition into the new season, we want to inform you of some important updates regarding registration and payment procedures:

New Players:

  • This link is for parents to complete the Respect in Sport online course. https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/
  • Every player must have a parent or guardian complete this in order to be rostered to a team and submitted to the OMHA.
  • If you already have an older player in hockey, please add your new player to your profile rather than completing the course again. 

Early Bird Discount:

  • If registered on or before May 31st and complete your payment in full by August 1st, you are eligible for an early bird discount of $200 across all age groups (except for U5). Please note that after August 1st, any players who have not paid in full, despite registering before May 31st, will no longer qualify for the $200 discount.

Regular Registration Rates:

  • Effective June 1st, regular registration rates will come into effect. However, new players joining hockey for the first time this year will still qualify for the $200 discount (except for U5).

Instalment Details for the 2025-26 Season:

  • First Instalment: Due at the time of registration or before June 1st - $350
  • Second Instalment: Due by July 1st - $350 (if applicable)
  • Final Instalment: Due by August 1st - balance of registration fees (if applicable)

Registration Guarantee:

  • To secure your spot, players must be registered on or before May 31st and have made the first instalment payment.

Payment Methods:

  • All registration fees must be settled before players can take to the ice.
  • If you are paying via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please send your payment to [email protected] and include the player's name and division.

Financial Assistance:

  • If you are seeking financial assistance through AFK or Jumpstart, please inform us at time of registration.

Account Credits:

  • Any credits you have with WMHA will be applied to your account automatically.

Registration Fees:

  • All registration fees must be paid in full  by the end of August or the player will not be eligible to participate or be rostered to their team.

The information on this form will be used to determine eligibility for ice allocation and statistical purposes, will be provided to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and will be dealt with according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.”
