Welcome to the Wallace Minor Hockey 2025-2026 hockey season registration page!!
We are excited to announce that we are in full planning mode for next season and have opened our ONLINE REGISTRATION site for the 2025-2026 season. We already have ice time scheduled for Sept 7/14/21/28/Oct 5 at the Steve Kerr Memorial Complex in Listowel to kick off our season and our 41st Bruce Williams Memorial Fun Days Jamboree is set to run from Jan 8-11, 2026 at the SKMC in Listowel as well!
Please be advised that early registration saves you money! After June 15, 2025 ALL registration fees go UP, as late fees will apply. Payment not due until Aug 31, 2025.
First year players: require your child's Birth Certificate uploaded and proof of residency (hydro bill, phone bill, bank statement, licence...something with your current address on it). Your player's $140 cash calendar fundraising fee is INCLUDED in your registration and can be recovered through the sales of the calendars.
You can register now and e-transfer funds later, however be sure it is NO LATER than AUGUST 31, 2025 to [email protected] to avoid late fees.
Bond Cheques are $250, are separate from registration and are require on or before the first on-ice activity (in early October). Bond cheques are made payable to Wallace Minor Hockey and post-dated for Jan 1, 2026. Please give these to your coach, team manager or Lisa Neves at your first ice time, if you have not already mailed it to Lisa Neves at 6814 Perth County LIne 86, Listowel ON, N4W 3G6.

NOTE: New Players will need to complete the RESPECT IN SPORTS course (or be added to your list of children under your account if you have already taken the course) in order to register. Visit https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/ to complete Respect In Sports course PRIOR to registering.

Terms & Conditions 2025-26 (**Read for PAYMENT information**)
PAYMENT & separate Volunteer CHEQUE: MUST be RECEIVED, in full, on or before first ice time. That is, PRIOR to participating in on ice activities UNLESS other arrangements have been made and approved.
For payment please done the following

- give/mail a separate Volunteer/Bond Cheque payable to Wallace Minor Hockey to Lisa Neves at 6814 Perth County Line 86, Listowel, ON. N4W 3G6
ALL REGISTRATION FOR WALLACE MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM OUR EXECUTIVE.
Registation FEES: The fee you pay is kept extremely low by fundraising and our annual Bruce Williams Memorial Fun Days Jamboree. Appreciate this as it is rare in the hockey world. Fee includes and consists of a the following for each group...
- U11 is $500: $360 Season Fee and a $140 Fundraising Fee
- U9 is $400: $260 Season Fee and a $140 Fundraising Fee
- U8 is $350: $210 Season fee and a $140 Fundraising Fee
- U6/U7 is $300: $160 Season fee and a $140 Fundraising Fee
- U5 is $140: FREE Season fee for all players and a $140 Fundraising Fee
Late Fee: A late fee of $150 for all teams (other than U5) is applied if players register AFTER August 31, 2025.
Fundraising Fee: The $140 Fundraising Fee is money that parents can recoup. Each Player will received 7 - $20 cash calendars that can be sold to family and friends and fully recouped. As you sell your cash calendars, parents keep the money.
Bond Cheque: Is a separate fee to ensure Volunteering during our fun days jamboree. It is a SEPARATE cheque of $250 collected at or before player are involved in the first on ice activity. All cheques are to be made payable to Wallace Minor Hockey, post-dated for Jan 1, 2026. The Bond Cheque/Volunteering Fee will not be cash unless you fail to complete the volunteering requirements set forth by the Fun Days Committee.
