2023-24 REGISTRATION RUNS UNTIL June 30, 2024. ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED AFTER THIS DATE. WMHA WILL RE-OPEN SPECIFIC AGE GROUPS REQUIRING MORE PLAYERS AFTER THIS DATE, FOR A SHORT PERIOD. ANY PLAYER REGISTERING AFTER June 30, 2024 WILL BE CHARGED A $100 LATE FEE.
I, by signing below, certify the information provided to be true. I, by signing below, have become subject to and agree to abide by the By-Laws, Rules, Regulations, Code of Conduct, Policies and decisions of the Ontario Men's Hockey Association (OMHA).
Further, the information requested on this form is required by the OMHA to facilitate hockey programs on behalf of the registrant and the OMHA.
The OMHA must provide limited personal information to certain Hockey Canada representatives for access on a password protected web based registry.
The OMHA does not sell, trade or otherwise share the information we collect outside our Association.
However, we may from time to time use this information for the purposes of offering additional services, promotions, including promotions offered by third parties, and/or hockey specific research.
