PAYMENT DUE DATES

ALL payments must be made by September 15, 2023.  No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I agree that full payment will be made by e-Transfer, cheque or cash.

Cash or Cheque Payments: Email [email protected] to arrange delivery. Please make cheque payable to Walden Minor hockey (A fee of $50 will be charged for all NSF cheques).

e-Transfer Payments:  Please use email [email protected].  Make password "hockey".  Please include participant's name, year of birth and level of hockey in the memo/note section of the e-transfer.

 

REFUND

I agree to pay WMHA all fees required for basic registration as well as any further fees as determined by any Representative Hockey Program as required.  WMHA has a refund policy in place and any requests will be reviewed by the executive. A administration fee of $75 will not be refunded.

 

Registration Fee Reimbursement Fundraising Opportunity

A cash calendar fundraising opportunity will be a method used to reimburse players up to $100 of the registration fee. Details of this opportunity will be provided in the fall.
