Description
A player passport is required to attend the Upper York Admirals evaluations. The one-time purchase of the "UYA Player Passport" allows players to attend evaluations starting at the highest competitive level for their age group or choose which level they wish to attend.

No refund requests will be considered within 48 hours of the start of the first skate.
Anything prior to 48 hours will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
