Notes:
-Credit Card Payments Only -Options Full Payment or allowed 2 installments 50% now and 50% Sept 15th. Will charge card automatically 9/15/2024.
- Choosing the installment payment plan, subsequent payments must be received on the dates indicated. Players whose payment have not cleared, will not be permitted to be on the ice until payments are received.
-Subsidy- Please do registration( will be needed by community club) , click subsidy and choose at payment CASH.
-Should alternate payment options be required, please email: [email protected]
-No Refunds will be given once team formation.
-The $50 Admin fee and club fee will not be returned . Any costs incurred by the player will be deducted including an administration fee of $50, tryouts fees, pathway, development, clinics, etc.
-The registration fees will be prorated depending on withdrawal date.
