FOR SWAT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
Refunds for players withdrawing from DEVELOPMEMT PROGRAMS will be considered, upon written application to the Registrar, less a $50.00 service charge fee, according to the following schedule:
-For players withdrawing voluntarily for personal reasons, both the Registrar and Treasurer will use reasonable discretion with respect to any refunds of fees, subject however to a $50.00 service fee.
-A request for refund of fees as a result of a non-SWAT hockey injury that results in a players inability to continue participating in SWAT Hockey programs must be supported by satisfactory evidence (in the sole discretion of the Registrar and Treasurer) of such injury.
