Summer 2024 Soccer Registration - Players

Terms and Conditions

A member has to pay his full registration fees before being able to participate in a practice, receive uniforms/equipment, and play in a game.

- The payment for the activity must be made priority to the start of the activity.  If not, the member will not be able to participate in the activity.

- Installment payments can be approved by the Club for those requesting it, by post-dated cheques only.  The last post-dated cheque must be dated prior to the end of the activity.

- A member who has an outstanding payment to the Club or any other Club, will not be able to register for the current season.

- An e-mail will be sent to all members with outstanding balances.

Refund Policy

A member can request a refund in the following situations:

- Prior to the beginning of the activity, the refund will be the entire amount.

- After the beginning of the activity, before halfway point of the season, the refund will be on a pro-rated basis.

- After an injury that puts an end to their season, or a move out of the province, on a pro-rated basis.

- After being cut from the team, except due to disciplinary reasons, on a pro-rated basis.

- In the case of a trasfer to another club, before the halfway point of the season, on a pro-rated basis.

- Change of category, i.e. AAA to AA

- Funds can be transferred between family members.  Proof of address is required.

Privacy and Information Security Policy

Your online registration is secured by Saint-Laurent Soccer Club. Information about you, as well as those regarding your credit card are sent as an encrypted e-mail message to ensure the confidentiality of information contained therein.

Consequently, this message cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by an intermediary.

Any transaction made on the site of the Saint-Laurent Soccer Club will always be transmitted safely. In addition, your payment is made directly through Desjardins.

Saint-Laurent Soccer Club keeps no data on any credit transaction information.

That is why you must resubmit your credit information for each new transaction.

Conditions

The registered participant will behave appropriately with all parties involved. No violence, physical, verbal, psychological or otherwise, any form of intimidation will be tolerated. The registered participant will take care of the facilities and equipment that is provided. Any broken equipment caused by the registered participant shall be reimbursed by the parent. Saint-Laurent Soccer Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of a registered participant who continues to undermine the legitimate operation for the Summer Soccer, Camp, Soccer School, Winter indoor soccer and Goalkeeping services.

I authorize Saint-Laurent Soccer Club to use photos or videos filmed during the different services offered, and the e-mail addresses of our members, for the purpose of promoting the Saint-Laurent Soccer Clubs services (examples: Social Medias, magazines, brochures,newspapers, television, etc.). The registered participant and the parents will be liable for any comment, photo, video or any other offensive or inappropriate content distributed on the Internet or Social Media which occurred during the clubs services.

Health Insurances are covered through the Medicare Card. Saint-Laurent Soccer Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen objects
