All Credit Card transactions are charged the fees that SAMBA is assesed by the processing company. The fees are 3.55% + $0.50 per transaction.

•  For families with special requests such as keeping different age siblings together or registering them into a lower or higher division of House League play please email the appropriate House Director for more information prior to registration. SAMBA’s Executive will then deem if the request meets acceptable age and skill level guidelines. 
• If you would like to pair your child with a friend so that they will play on the same team, please read the guidelines on our registration information page. Pairing requests that do not follow the guidelines will be ignored.
• Parent participation is an essential component of our program. Without volunteer help, programs/events and teams may be reduced and/or cut, please ensure to indicate where you can help out.
• For information regarding apparel and equipment requirements, refer to our website.
