U13 to U21 Inter-Villes (Recreatif)

The St-Hubert Soccer Club wants to promote soccer by putting in place a structure, and support and by creating a fun learning environment for players, coaches, and parents of all levels, including all cultures and genders, who wish to evolve, have fun, and flourish through soccer while offering a reasonable price.

The participant may, at any time and at his discretion, cancel his registration contract with CS St-Hubert by means of a written notice to this effect to the Club.

As of the first session or May 1 (which ever comes first) of the current year, the season is declared as started and official and the policies below will be applied for categories U4 to U12, and categories U13 to U21 in the local leagues.

• U4 to U7, A full refund excluding a $50 fee for affiliation and administration fees issued by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Association de Soccer de la Rive-sud, as well as those of the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activity.
• U8 to U21, A full refund excluding a $75 fee for affiliation and administration fees issued by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Association de Soccer de la Rive-sud, as well as those of the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activity.
• A 50% refund plus affiliation and administration fees issued by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Association de Soccer de la Rive-sud of $50 (U4 to U7) or $75 (U8 to U21) will be granted after the 3rd week of activities and before July 1st. 
• As of July 1st, the consumer protection law will be applied, see this link, excluding the required team and player fees for the current season. This policy applies only to the U4 to U12 categories.

*Please note that players in the U4, U5 and U6 Timbits categories, must return only their shirt in order to receive their reimbursement.

Refunds will be made within 10 working days, unless the request is made during the construction vacations.

Please note that if a player, parent, or member of the club is suspended for disciplinary reasons or violation of Club and/or League rules and policies, no refunds or credits will be issued. Any player, parent, or member summoned for a hearing before the discipline committee and found guilty will be charged the amount of $125 for the hearing and suspended until payment is made.

CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity (location, schedule, number of classes and price) if the number of participants or volunteers is insufficient or if an unforeseen event occurs. In this case, members will be fully refunded, if the cancellation takes place before the start of the season.

***For categories U13 to U21, if several players request a reimbursement for personal reasons around mid-season and due to the season's standings, their request will be denied.

SUSPENSIONS 
The St-Hubert Soccer Club reserves the right to suspend the passport of any player who has not paid all or the next installment of the fees related to the activity in which he or she is participating.
