Futsal U4 to U16

Winter Activities:

Starting from October 1st of the current year, the season is declared official and the following policies apply to CDC and FUTSAL programs:

• U4 to U6: A full refund, excluding affiliation and administration fees of $50 charged by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, the Rive-Sud Soccer Association, and the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activities. A 50% refund will be granted starting from the 3rd week of activities and before December 1st of the current year.

• U7 to U16: A full refund, excluding affiliation and administration fees of $75 charged by Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, the Rive-Sud Soccer Association, and the club, will be granted before the start of the 3rd week of activities. A 50% refund will be granted starting from the 3rd week of activities and before December 1st of the current year.

After December 1st, consumer protection laws will apply, excluding fees charged to the team and player for the ongoing program. The calculation of the refund is as follows:

REFUND CALCULATION

The refund will be calculated from the initial service amount, minus the following fixed fees:

• Affiliation fees (Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, Rive-Sud Regional Soccer Association, and CS St-Hubert): $50 or $75, depending on the category
• Registration system fees: 5% of the amount paid
• Cost of uniforms received: $15
• Cost of activities already attended (pro-rated based on the total number of planned activities)
• Cancellation penalty: 10% of the remaining balance or $50, whichever is lower

Please be aware that due to high demand during the peak registration season, which runs from September 15th to November 1st, processing refund requests may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period. Rest assured that our team is actively working to process all requests as quickly as possible.

Please note that if a participant, parent, or club member is suspended for disciplinary reasons or for violating the Club's and/or League's rules and policies, no refund or credit will be issued. Any player, participant, or member summoned for a hearing before the disciplinary committee and found guilty will be charged $125 for the hearing and will be suspended until the payment is made.

CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity (location, schedule, number of sessions, and price) if the number of participants or volunteers is insufficient or in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will be fully refunded (100%) if the cancellation occurs before the start of the season.
