Mission of the St-Hubert Soccer Club
The St-Hubert Soccer Club is dedicated to promoting soccer by creating a structured and supportive environment. We aim to foster a fun learning experience for players, coaches, and parents of all skill levels, while embracing all cultures and genders. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can grow, enjoy, and thrive through soccer, while offering reasonable pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration at any time by providing written notice to CS St-Hubert. For more details on refunds, please refer to the specific reimbursement policies below:
Disciplinary Actions
Please note that if a player, parent, or member of the club is suspended for disciplinary reasons or for violating Club and/or League rules and policies, no refunds or credits will be issued. Any player, parent, or member summoned for a hearing before the discipline committee, is found guilty and fined by the Soccer Québec discipline committee and will be required to pay the fine before being allowed to participate again.
The St-Hubert Soccer Club reserves the right to automatically suspend, without prior notice, the player passport of any player whose payment, or any part of it, is not made by the due date as per the agreed payment methods. It is the parent's responsibility to carefully check the payment dates. This policy also applies to all players with outstanding balances owed to our club or any other affiliated club.
Cancellation Rights
CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity (including location, schedule, number of classes, and pricing) if the number of participants or volunteers is insufficient or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the start of the season. No refunds will be issued for practice sessions canceled due to circumstances beyond the club's control.
Refunds requested due to the correction of inaccurate information submitted during registration will incur system fees. Players who are deemed ineligible to participate because of false or incorrect information provided will not be eligible for refunds once the season has started. It is the responsibility of the registrant, whether a parent, guardian, or player, to ensure that all information provided is accurate. By completing the registration, you confirm that the details submitted are correct and acknowledge the consequences of providing false or inaccurate information.
