All registered players must pay the full player and team fees, which are based on the team's operating costs. Team managers are responsible for reimbursing a player or finding a replacement if a player decides to withdraw after being assigned to a team.
If you are not assigned to a team, please do not proceed with registration without first discussing it with the team manager or coach.
Refund requests due to the correction of inaccurate information provided during registration will be subject to system fees. No refunds will be given to players deemed ineligible to participate due to false or incorrect information after the season has started. It is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or player to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. By completing the registration, you confirm the accuracy of the submitted information and accept the consequences of providing incorrect details.
If you mistakenly registered thinking you would be automatically assigned to a team, you will be refunded the full amount minus system fees. It is your responsibility to confirm with a club representative or team before registration that you can be assigned to a team.
