<h3>Terms and Conditions</h3>
<p>The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and CASE Hockey (CASE).&nbsp; Please read them carefully. To register and make payment using the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR), you must accept the Terms by clicking &ldquo;I Accept&rdquo;.</p>
<h3>All fees must be paid in full to be a Member in Good Standing with CASE Hockey</h3>
<p>&nbsp;Collection of Fees</p>
<ul>
<li>Fees can be paid in full at the time of registration</li>
<li>Fees can be paid in installments&nbsp;</li>
<li>When paying in installments, the following percentages of the total fee will be collected at the times listed

<li>40% of the registration fee is due upon registration</li>
<li>50% of the outstanding balance is due on September 1, 2024</li>
<li>50% of the outstanding balance is due on October 1, 2024</li>

<p>If you are applying for funding assistance or grants (eg. <li><b>Or three Manual Payments &ndash; you must remember to send payment for each installment on the&nbsp; due date.&nbsp; You should receive a reminder when payments are due:</b>

<li>1st Installment: 40% due on Date of Registration</li>
<li>2nd Installment:&nbsp;50% of the outstanding balance (30% of total fee) is due on September 1, 2024</li>
<li>3rd Installment: 50% of the outstanding balance (30% of total fee) is due on October 1, 2024.&nbsp; Or the complete balance of any outstanding fees.</li>

<p>If you have never registered as a player or volunteer with Hockey Canada, you will need to create a new player profile using this link: <a href="https://myaccount.spordle.com/signup?lang=en&amp;referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fregister.hockeycanada.ca%2Fhome" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Create an HCR account</a></p>
<p>We are required by Hockey Canada to verify the date of birth (age) and physical address (within the boundaries of our associations) of all new players.&nbsp; If you create a new player profile, you will be required to upload documentation or provide this in person, to participate in our hockey program.</p>
<p>Note: the name and email you provide will be used for highly important and time sensitive notifications and will not be shared with any third party. Most information is available on the website including AGM notices, time sensitive notices, etc.</p>
<p>All players are required to have one parent/legal guardian complete the <em>Respect in Sport - Parent program (RIS-P)</em>.&nbsp; If you have already completed the RIS-P program, please link the new child to your account using the <a href="https://support.respectgroupinc.com/575513-I-want-to-add-another-child-to-my-Parent-Program-certificate" target="_blank" rel="noopener">instruction on the Respect Group site</a>.&nbsp; If you have not completed the course, please contact the registrar at <a href="mailto:seregistrar@outlook.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">casehockeyregistrar@gmail.com</a> for a free payment code.</p>
