SSMHA 2025.26 PRE EVALUATION (TRY OUT) REGISTRATION

Thank you for registering for the South Simcoe Minor Hockey Association (SSMHA) Tryouts. Your child has been added to the participation list for tryouts.

Payment Information:

• Payment can be made via e-transfer to [email protected] (use password: Hockey2025) or by credit card.
• Payment must be received before the first tryout session to secure your child's spot. Failure to provide payment will result in removal from the participation list.
• Please note that all tryout registration fees are non-refundable.
