TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN ON ICE ACTIVITY UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND APPROVED.
ALL REGISTRATION FOR SOUTH BRUCE MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM OUR EXECUTIVE.
ALL NEW REGISTRANTS:
1. MUST COMPLETE THEIR HCR PROFILE IN FULL INCLUDING ALL CONTACT INFO FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS AS WELL AS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND UP TO DATE PROOF OF ADDRESS.
2. COMPLETE RESPECT IN SPORTS CERTIFICATION AND ENSURE IT IS UPLOADED TO THE PARTICIPATING CHILDS HCR ACCOUNT.
