SOO PEE WEE HOCKEY LEAGUE 2024-25 Registration

PAYMENT DUE DATES

ALL payments must be made by September 3rd, 2024.  No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received. 

All try-out’s must be purchased prior to September 3rd, 2024 to be included on the try-out lists.  TO BE VALID FOR A TRYOUT YOU MUST HAVE ALSO PAID BASIC REGISTRATION IN FULL.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or MasterCard Debit.

Please contact the administrator directly at [email protected] to make alternate payment arrangements via e-transfer, cash or cheque.

REFUND

Prior to September 15th - Upon written request, reimbursement for registration (less a $50 administration fee) shall be granted up to and including the 15th of September.

After September 15th - Upon written request, reimbursement for registration (50% of fees paid) shall be granted, after the 15th of September, prior to the participant's first draft game.

Post Draft / September 30th - Refunds shall not be granted by the Corporation after the participant is drafted and/or after the 30th of September.

Administration, Team and Fundraising fees will not be refunded.

New Players

We are obligated to confirm age and residency of all players.  If you create a new player profile, we will be contacting you for documentation.
