U11 AA ( formerly HADP) /U13 SEERA Try out Registration

The Online Payment terms constitute a contract between you and SEERA Hockey Association. 

Please read them carefully. To make a payment using SEERA Hockey online service you must accept the terms and waivers. All payments using SEERA Hockey online Credit Card facilities are subject to the following conditions: 

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the appropiate authority to validly to accept the online payment terms and are able to meet the obligations of the terms.
• The credit card used in connection with the services issued is in your name and you are authorized to use the credit card
• You agree to pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in use of the services
• The information supplied is true and correct

When you complete the online payment - funds will be deducted from your credit card in CAD currency. 

All payments are debited to SEERA Hockey
