By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to pay your outstanding registration and jersey rental fees no later than 11:59 PM MAY 1, 2025.
Payment can be made either by:
- E-transfer to [email protected]
- Please include your child's name(s) in the Memo of your e-transfer.
- Cheque payable to Sedgewick Minor Ball
