Millwoods Hockey Winter Registration 2024-25

The Online Payment Terms constitute a contact between you and Millwoods Hockey Association      (MWHA). 

Please read them carefully. To make a payment using Millwoods Hockey Associations online service you must accept the terms  and waivers. All payments using MWHA online credit card facilites are subject to  the following conditions:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the appropiate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to meet the obligations in relation to these terms .
• The credit card used in connection with the services issued is in your name and you are authorized to use the credit card.
• You agree to pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in use of the Services
• The information supplied is true and correct .
• When you complete the online payment - funds will be deducted from your Credit Card in CAD currency.
• All payments are debited to Millwoods Hockey Association.

Credit Card payments are secure.
