I agree to the Code of Conduct as outlined by RMHA and which is available here. 

Please know that any participant that has not paid their fees in full by the 6th week from the start of the season, will be automatically de-registered until such time as payment is received.  Any refund request will include a $40 admin fee deduction as well as costs of pro-rated ice fees used to date. No refunds will be processed after the 6th week of the session.
