<p>I will abide by all terms and conditions set forth by RMHA , Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada in their rules, regulations and bylaws</p>
<p>if I choose to do fundrasing I will provide a post dated cheque for the amount of $600.00 by the first practice or my child will not be permitted on the ice and in the event that I do not participate in all the fundraising activities the $600.00 cheque will be cashed and in future seasons I will not be granted the option to fundraise and will be required to pay $400.00 in lieu of fundraising.&nbsp;</p>
