Early bird payments must be paid by September 1, 2022, after this date the registration fee owed will return to the full amount. 
ALL payments must be made by October 1, 2022.&nbsp; No participant will be allowed on the ice if full payment is not received.&nbsp;

REFUND
I agree to pay PMHA all fees required for basic registration as well as any further fees as
determined by any Representative Hockey Program as required.&nbsp; I agree that there may be
circumstances when a refund will be requested.&nbsp;
I agree that any request for refund will be made after reviewing the Refund Policy on the PMHA
website and filling out the applicable form for any refund request.
Refunds due to COVID will be pro-rated&nbsp;
