All registrations must be completed online and that includes Chance to Play registrations. Payments must be completed in full prior to attending any on ice sessions.
If your child is in U11 or U13 and would like to try out for the Gold Team, please add the Tryout Fee.
If you are a Chance to Play registration, please email pmharegistration@outlook.com to arrange a time to have your paperwork signed as there is no Volunteer Sign Up Night.
Please email pmharegistration@outlook.com if you have a player that is interested in playing U18 hockey.
Hockey Development for levels U9 and up will begin the week of September 9th, schedules will be sent out closer to the start date.
Refunds of player registration will be determined as follows:
<ul>
<li>100% refund of registration fee if player quits prior to September 15 minus a $20.00 administation fee</li>
<li>50% refund of registration fee if player quits prior to October 31 minus a $20.00 administration fee</li>
<li>25% refund of registration fee if player quits prior to December 1 minus a $20.00 administration fee</li>
<li>No refunds after December 1</li>
<li>No refunds will be provided to suspended players</li>
<li>Refund amounts, if any, for season ending injuries will be decided at the discretion of the PMHA Board</li>
<li>Any other refunds are made at the discretion of the PMHA Board</li>
