&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; NEW THIS SEASON
To hold a spot a non-refundable deposit of $100 needs to be paid to be considered registered.&nbsp; 
All registration fees must be paid in full by September 1.&nbsp; Payment in advance of the season is required.&nbsp;&nbsp; Players will not be allowed on the ice until all fees are paid in full.&nbsp; Accepted forms of payment include: checks payable to PSMHA ( post dated cheques are allowed but must be dated for the 1st day of the month), etransfer to treasurer@psmha.com (please note participant name in payment), credit card via online registration.&nbsp;
Payment plans are available either online or by contacting the Registrar at registration@psmha.com.&nbsp;
If you have applied for Jump Start or Lace em Up Funding please send an email to the registrar to inform them of the application.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; All returned cheques are subject to a NSF fee of $50- in the event of a NSF check you must contact registrar asap to make alternative payment arrangements.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If registering after after June 30 th spaces maybe limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until teams are full.&nbsp; Participant may be placed on a waiting list.&nbsp; We will try our best to accomodate all those who want to play in Port Stanley.
Registration is not complete if you have not selected a payment method--- you will receive a confirmation email--if you have not received a confirmation email - you are not registered.
