NEW THIS SEASON
To hold a spot a non-refundable deposit of $100 needs to be paid to be considered registered.
All registration fees must be paid in full by September 1. Payment in advance of the season is required. Players will not be allowed on the ice until all fees are paid in full. Accepted forms of payment include: checks payable to PSMHA ( post dated cheques are allowed but must be dated for the 1st day of the month), etransfer to treasurer@psmha.com (please note participant name in payment), credit card via online registration.
Payment plans are available either online or by contacting the Registrar at registration@psmha.com.
If you have applied for Jump Start or Lace em Up Funding please send an email to the registrar to inform them of the application.

All returned cheques are subject to a NSF fee of $50- in the event of a NSF check you must contact registrar asap to make alternative payment arrangements.
If registering after after June 30 th spaces maybe limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until teams are full. Participant may be placed on a waiting list. We will try our best to accomodate all those who want to play in Port Stanley.
Registration is not complete if you have not selected a payment method--- you will receive a confirmation email--if you have not received a confirmation email - you are not registered.
