Once registered please complete the online PTS request form found under the AAA tab on Pelham Minor Hockey Website <a href="https://pelhamminorhockey.com/Forms/1580/AAA_AA_A_Request_form/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://pelhamminorhockey.com/Forms/1580/AAA_AA_A_Request_form/</a>.
Once both items are complete you will receive an email with the PTS details within 24 to 48hours
We will be deleting these PTS registrations once the PMHA&rsquo;s new season has started.
