If attending an online course, please ensure you are signing up for the correct one. Online courses are non-refundable once started or completed.

If you would like to request a refund for a clinic payment please contact the NOHA Office with the following information:

Name of participant
Invoice Number (can be found on your receipt)

Please be advised we can only refund the credit card that was used for the orginial transaction.
